ASPIC is the small size gastronomic restaurant founded in 2016 and whose head chef is Matteo Giua: few tables, dishes served by the cooks who will comment to you personally what they have prepared. Season products are privileged; wines are selected from small winemakers.
We only serve a fixed 7 course menu for €119. “No choice”, to guarantee that the ingredients are absolutely fresh and perfectly prepared for a unique cooking experience. There are all kinds of restaurants, fish or meat specialists, gastronomic or bistros, some “with choice”, others “without choice”, etc… Your choice is to “trust us” for one evening!
We also strongly recommend our creative and generous pairings (with or without alcool, mandatory for 5 to 6 guests tables) for an optimal experience.
