After some successful years in Finance, Quentin GIROUD has decided to focus on his old time passion: cooking. He first went to Ecole Ferrandi, the most prestigious cooking school in Paris, and then join different establishments: the cuisine of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the restaurants Epi Dupin, Pirouette or Comptoir de Brice in Paris as well as the “one star” Clove Club in London. Before moving back to Paris to open his first restaurant, he successfully acted for a year as a Private Chef in London.
ASPIC, fully owned by Quentin Giroud, is the first milestone of his life time project.
